Your Boat On
Boston Harbor.

A new model of boat club, built around a brand-new Nimbus T8. All the boating, none of the ownership. Two membership tiers, fully managed and turn-key. You just show up and go.

Led by Captain Paul Sullivan · USCG Licensed Captain · ASA Master Instructor · 20+ years on Boston Harbor

A New Model

The Sweet Spot On The Harbor

This fills a real gap. On one end, traditional memberships put you on big cruising boats. On the other, the big membership clubs run smaller center consoles — daytime only, no head on board. This sits right in the middle: the comfort and capability of a bigger boat, with the ease and fun of a center console.

One End
Big Cruisers

Comfortable and capable, but more boat than most days call for.

The Sweet Spot
The Nimbus T8

Comfort and capability, with the ease and fun of a center console. A real head and a cabin aboard.

The Other End
Small Consoles

Fun, but daytime only and no head on board.

The Boat

The Nimbus T8

Nimbus builds in Sweden, and they make some of the best boats on the water. The T8 is not a big heavy cruiser. Think big center console, just a bit more enclosed. You get a real head on board and a small cabin to duck out of the weather or let the kids rest. A bow thruster makes docking easy even in a Boston breeze, and a cockpit and cabin heater keep you comfortable on the cool mornings and well into the fall. Fast, easy to handle, and built for the way we actually use the harbor.

How Booking Works

Three Slots A Day. Yours In The App.

A completely rebuilt booking model. The day splits into three slots. Book the slots you want in the app and they are yours, with a guaranteed monthly allowance and a minimum prime-time allotment so no one hoards the best days.

1
Morning
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Get an early start on calm water to your favorite harbor, or head out early and go fishing.
2
Afternoon
12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Drop the anchor and have lunch, or make your way up the coast for a dinner reservation.
3
Overnight
5:30 PM – 8:30 AM
Get out to the harbor islands for sunset cocktails aboard, or host friends under the glowing lights of the Boston skyline.
When You Can Book

Prime And Non-Prime, Made Simple

Every reservation falls into one of two windows. Your membership guarantees a set number of each, so the best days on the water stay open to everyone.

Prime Time
Friday · Saturday · Sunday
All three daily slots, every weekend. The crown-jewel days, protected and shared fairly across the membership.
Non-Prime
Monday – Thursday
All three daily slots, midweek. Quieter water, easier booking, and the same brand-new boat.

Overnights, seamlessly

Stack the evening slot onto the next morning to run a true overnight. Chain consecutive slots for a multi-night voyage up the coast.

Saturdays stay fair

One Saturday slot may be reserved in advance, and never two in a row. No one hoards the best day of the week.

Gold Only

36-Hour Privilege

If the boat is open inside 36 hours, grab it. It does not count against your monthly allowance, and it lifts the Saturday limit.

Fresh every month

Allowances reset at the start of each month. Fuel is billed at cost, plus a small per-gallon surcharge that funds engine maintenance.

What Your Season Actually Looks Like

Slots are easy to picture once you see them chained into real trips. Two examples, straight from the booking model.

Gold · Three-Night Extended Voyage
Wednesday To Saturday, Aboard
All 8 slots chained · 3 nights · roughly 67 hours on the water
Cast off Wednesday morning, work your way up the coast, and stay aboard through the weekend. Evening slots stack onto the next morning for three seamless nights at anchor.
Silver · Overnight Getaway Stretch
Thursday Into Friday, Aboard
All 4 slots chained · 2 nights · roughly 39 hours on the water
Slip out Thursday morning, anchor two nights among the Harbor Islands, and cruise back Friday evening. A full escape without ever leaving the boat.
Fully Managed

We Handle Everything But The Fun

Owning a boat is wonderful for about three weekends a year. The rest of it is slip fees, mechanics, insurance, winterizing, cleaning, and watching it sit at the dock while life gets in the way. Membership takes all of that off your plate.

Your boat is captain-managed by a USCG-licensed crew. She is cleaned, maintained, insured, and ready every time you book. You reserve your slot in the app, walk down the dock, and go. When you are done, you walk away. No haul-out, no storage to chase, no surprise bills in the spring.

This is the part most people do not realize until they have owned a boat: the boat is the easy part. The hassle is everything around it. We built this so you keep the days on the water and hand us the rest.

Your membership covers the big stuff: the boat, the slip, maintenance, insurance, cleaning, and winter storage. You simply cover the fuel you use, plus a small per-gallon surcharge that funds engine maintenance. One simple membership, and the harbor is yours.

Good Questions

Membership, Answered

What is included in a membership?

The big stuff is handled: the boat, the slip, insurance, maintenance, cleaning, and winter storage. You cover the fuel you use, plus a small per-gallon surcharge that funds engine maintenance. You reserve your slot in the app, walk down the dock, and go.

What does membership cost?

Gold is $9,000 for the season and Silver is $6,600, plus a one-time $1,400 initiation fee. Pay in full, over six months, or over twelve. The season runs May 1 to October 31.

Do I need boating experience or a license?

No. New boaters are welcome. We offer American Boating powerboat courses and sailing lessons to get you comfortable and certified, and a USCG-licensed captain checks you out on the boat before you head out on your own.

How much time do I actually get?

Your tier sets how many reservations and weekend slots are yours. Book up to a season ahead in the app, or grab last-minute openings when they open up. Not sure which tier fits how you get out on the water? That is what the call is for.

What kind of boats will I be on?

A select fleet of premium Scandinavian powerboats on Boston Harbor, including the rare Nimbus T8. You use the same class of boat each time, kept clean and ready every time you book.

How is this different from owning a boat?

No purchase, no loan, no haul-out, no surprise repair bills in the spring. One simple seasonal cost, and the boat is ready every time you book. You keep the days on the water and hand us the rest.

Your Captain

Captain Paul Sullivan

USCG Licensed Captain. ASA Master Instructor. This is home water.

I run SailTime Boston and PowerTime Boston out of East Boston and have been operating on this harbor for years. I know these waters, I know these boats, and I am personally involved in how this program runs. When you join, you book your slots in the app — but behind that app is a licensed captain who takes the operation seriously. If you ever have a question, you are talking to someone who has been on the water, not a call center.
