The Overview
The Dufour 44 is a fast offshore cruiser built on a Felci-designed hull, with high freeboard and a deep, secure cockpit for long passages. A self-tacking jib makes her easy to short-hand, while the 3-cabin, 2-head layout and long galley give a crew of six real room to live aboard. This hull is the fully-equipped bluewater build: an upgraded 57 HP sail drive, 1,100W of solar, a GRP hardtop with davits, reversible air conditioning across all three cabins, a 6 kW Northern Lights generator, bow thruster, electric winches, and the Signature Ambiance interior. A shallow-draft iron keel opens up more anchorages for gunkholing without giving up sailing performance.
This hull arrives in Annapolis, MD in October 2026. Duty, tariff, and customs clearance are included. She is available for outright retail sale, or for placement into our boutique boat management program, where she can continue earning her keep on the water under a managed roster of members.
